You Sign Up: Enroll in our full service RV rental management program, provide details about your RV, and let us handle the rest.

We List: Our team of experts will craft a captivating listing that highlights your RV and its unique features.

We Manage: From inquiries to check-ins, from maintenance to cleaning, we manage the entire booking process so you can be hands off.

You Earn: We split net revenue (less third party commissions) with you and issue payments on the 10th of each month. You can also save on taxes through depreciation and other deductions.

Safety & Security

All of our locations have security fencing, strictly controlled facility access, and 24/7 security camera monitoring. Every driver is vetted through a background check. Each renter is also thoroughly trained prior to leaving our facility on the ins and outs of your specific RV.



Damages & Upkeep

Don’t worry! Your RV is protected. We carry commercial insurance, require all renters to purchase or provide proof renter’s insurance, and hold security deposits from each renter. We also do a thorough RV inspection before and after each rental.



Cleaning

We have the RV professionally cleaned before each rental and replenish it with all supplies needed for a steller rental experience. We also have a strict no smoking policy.

Let us know when you want to use your RV, and we’ll have it ready for you.

You’ll get paid on the 10th of each month for rentals ending in the previous month. We will transfer your funds via Zelle.

Do I still get to use my RV when I want?

Yes, absolutely – it’s still your RV. Let us know when you want time blocked for your own usage.

How do I know the drivers renting my RV are safe?

Every driver is vetted through the background process. Each renter will be thoroughly trained prior to leaving our facility on the ins and outs of your specific RV.

What happens if my RV is damaged?

Don’t worry! We carry commercial insurance and hold security deposits from each renter. We do a thorough vetting of each renter, have strict policies in place, and do a thorough inspection before and after each rental.

When and how do I get paid?

You’ll get paid on the 10th of each month for rentals ending in the previous month. We will transfer your funds via Zelle.

How secure are the lots where you'll be storing my RV?

I don’t live near one of your branches - How do I participate in the program?

We have people from across the country who bring us their campers! If you can get it to us, we can handle the rest!

Do you allow smoking?

No, we have a strict no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking will lead to an extra charge for cleaning and deodorizing.

How much do you take in fees?

We split net revenue evenly (less third party commissions) with you.

Are there any costs to join?

Joining is free, your only expenses while in the program are Insurance and Storage costs which are billed monthly

How am I billed for Insurance and Storage?

For Insurance, we will bill you directly via Stripe Subscription which covers your personal use as well as rentals. We will set you up with our storage partners to make the process a breeze.
